Horse Betting

There are several types of horse betting wagers; you have to understand the wagers before taking a shot at them.

• Win:You bet your horse will finish in the First position.
• Place: You bet your horse will finish in the Second Position; you also win if the horse finishes in the first position.
• Show: You bet your horse will finish in the Third Position; you also win if the horse finishes in the first or second position.
• Across the Board: You bet your horse will be in any of the first 3 positions.

• Win-place: In this bet you win if you horse finishes first or second.
In these wagers (Place/Show/Across the Board/ Win-place) the return money is less than the prize for a Wager in WIN. There are also some exotic wagers like: Exacta, Quinella, Trifecta, Superfecta, etc.
